Why Volunteer with Us? As a Forever Aktive volunteer, you’ll play a key role in helping people of all ages and abilities embrace a healthier lifestyle. From assisting with local fitness events to supporting senior wellness programs or helping children learn about health and fitness, you’ll be part of something meaningful and fun.
Volunteer Opportunities:
Event Support: Help us run our fitness events smoothly! Whether it’s setting up for classes, greeting participants, or managing registrations, your assistance will be invaluable.
Class Assistants: Assist our instructors during fitness classes by offering support, demonstrating exercises, or providing encouragement to participants.
Community Outreach: Help spread the word about Forever Aktive by engaging with the community, sharing flyers, and encouraging others to get involved in our programs.
Youth Program Helpers: Be a part of our children’s wellness programs by assisting with fitness and dance classes, and inspiring kids to stay active.
Senior Program Helpers: Support our senior-friendly activities, like mall walks, by helping with organization, leading warm-ups, or offering encouragement along the way.
